The International Equestrian Federation (FEI), an institution that is supposed to safeguard ethics of equestrian sport, has once again passed another shocking decision.
After FEI experts made up their minds on a 'training' method called 'hyperflexion' or 'rollkur' (in short: it can be used, but not for a long time), another shocking decision concerns the adoption of the so-called 'progressive list' of banned substances. This means that it will be allowed to give competing horses certain substances (including bute) that were previously banned. Fortunately most National Federations (FN), including Polish FN, protest against this decision.
